What to expect: This beautiful 244-acre sanctuary includes restored prairies, wetlands, ponds, and native plants that naturally clean the water. It's a home to many shore birds, frogs, and turtles. The trail goes alongside the woodlands, gentle hills, through tall grass prairies & abundant wildflowers. We also take a break under a gigantic Cottonwood tree. Hiking distance is almost 3 miles.
